Jura The Bay is initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held a 15 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry. This whisky is characterised by flavours of figs, gingerbread and raisins, combined with a burst of sweet liquorice on the finish.
Nose - Toffee apple and sweet spice.
Palate - Raisins, fig, ginger spice and a burst of sweet liquorice.
