Distilled in 2007, bottled in 2022. Matured in sherry butt casks. Only 518 bottles released.

Nose - Ripe summer fruits, caramel sauce and honey.
Palate - Smoked ham, ginger, dark chocolate.
Finish - Long and lingering with distinct pepperiness.
