Makes for a refreshing (yet complex) Gin Tonica or a savoury Red Snapper cocktail.

Botanicals - Native lemongrass, mountain pepper leaf, aniseed myrtle, finger lime, wattleseed, bush tomato and lemon myrtle

Nose - Unmistakeable juniper with light citrus and botanical aromas.

Palate - Full-bodied and complex with warm peppery and savoury palate, with a delicate salinity and lingering toasted notes.

Finish - Long savoury and mild peppery finish with hints of chocolate at the end.
