- From Chihuahua, Mexico
- Triple distilled in copper pot still
Aged 3 months in whiskey barrels, it is sweet, spicey and gamey.
Nose - Citrus, quince and Pine resin flavours are rounded by the natural sweetness of the roasted pinas.
Palate - Surprisingly long finish reminiscent of orange peel, citrus, mineral and baking spices.
