- Triple distilled in copper pot still
Deer meat is added during final distillation for a touch of gamey notes.
Nose - Intense aromas of star anise, cinnamon, clove, almond oil, peanut and candied cactus.
Palate - A spiced taste with a mild anise flavour and a herbaceous and citric background. Mild game flavours show the pechuga effect. You can not surpass this alternative to the typical digestive liqueur.
