Tasting notes - A grenadine colour, an intense and subtle nose with notes of sweet spices evolving frankly into a gourmet duo of wild raspberries and flower petals. The attack on the palate is opulent and fresh. The fruit is delicious, the wine fleshy but also airy, supported by a slightly spicy finish. A pressed rose where the red grape berries are vilified like those of white.
Serving suggestion - Serve chilled as an aperitif or during a meal. Goes well with tapas, summer, Italian, spicy, exotic cuisine.
