Tasting notes - Chardonnay and Sauvignon merge into multiple and surprising flavours in a unique and original blend. Floral notes mixed with spices evolving towards citrus; The sensation of pink grapefruit, flesh side, is omnipresent. The mineral character of sauvignon is nicely supported by the roundness of Chardonnay. The attack on the palate invades and caresses on a background of elegant freshness.
