This unique white rhum comes from the Papao plot, harvested in 2019 on the Caribbean coast in Saint Pierre. In the heart of the Depaz volcanic soil, the blue canes that grow there are full of sugar. This richness associated with a slow and fractional reduction gives a rich and powerful rhum.

Nose - Frank flavors of fresh sugar cane associated with notes of lime and honey.

Palate - Soft attack and development of flavors throughout the tasting. Floral and sweet sensation on the palate. The whole offers in perfect balance a long aromatic persistence of fresh cane sugar.
