This Spiced contemporary gin is full and rounded. It uses 10 botanicals including cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger to create a warming character with woody sweet spice.
The signature serve is with ginger ale as an alternative to tonic.
Nose - Gently spiced scents of juniper, turmeric, coriander seed and muted cinnamon.
Palate - Creamy smooth full-bodied spirit with strokes of juniper, citrus with warm spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg.
Finish - Dry lingering peppery finish with faint pine juniper in the background.
