Year of the Tiger was aged in an ex red wine Pinot Noir cask. This locally sourced cask from the world famous Rutherglen wine region was resized down to 55 litres, shave, toasted and charred to our specifications. Aged for 6 years to round out the whisky while giving it the full bodied flavour you would expect from a Corowa Whisky.
Nose - Stone fruits, floral, oak
Palate - Cherries, honey, cranberries, balance of sweet and dry
Finish - Medium, slightly dry from the oak and age
