Matured in refill Sherry butt cask, bottled in 2021. Only 381 bottles released.
Nose - Stewed raisins combine with cured meat notes and ginger spice. Treacle toffee comes to the fore alongside rich baked apple and sweet smoke.
Palate - White pepper gives way to lemon zest and toasted almonds. Roasted coffee beans lead to notes of raspberries.
Finish - A full and long finish with citrus fruits and lingering bonfire embers.
