Matured in refill American hogshead cask, bottled in 2021. Only 225 bottles released.

Nose - Rich lime zest aromas leads to tropical fruit and soft vanilla. Fresh cut grass notes develop with demerara sugar and subtle custard.

Palate - Sweet flavours of marshmallow and nougat gives way to orange marmalade. A hint of white pepper arises alongside citrus peel and soft herbal notes.

Finish - A medium-bodied finish with lingering fruit and spice.
