Gordon & Macphail's Private Collection range features a truly exceptional and unique collection of greatly aged single malts from a mixture of celebrated, little-known and now closed distilleries across Scotland. Personally selected by members of the Urquhart family, each release is a unique and exquisite chapter in Scotland's whisky history.

Matured in refill American hogshead cask. Distilled in 1975, bottled in 2021.

Nose - Dried banana aromas combine with candied lime peel and soft black liquorice. Vanilla custard notes give way to white pepper and subtle green apple.

Palate - Fresh lemon zest is accompanied by faint marzipan and honeydew melon. Fresh cut grass notes develop with a hint of spiced orange.

Finish - Medium-bodied finish with citrus fruit and soft spice.
