Avallen calvados is made from apple and water. Distilled in column still with copper plates, then rest in French oak vats for up to 6 months. The spirt then spends another 2 to 3 years in casks.

 

Nose - Fresh apples with floral honeysuckle

Finish - Richly warming with a hint of vanilla custard
