About this agave distillate:
- By Master Distiller, Delfino Tobon Mejia
- 10 - 15 years old agave Marmorata (Pizorra)
- From San Pablo Ameyaltepec, Puebla
- Single distilled in a homemade three-plate steel and copper hybrid still. Technically it is a double distillation process.
Nose - Butterscotch, red Berries and nanche.
Palate - Bubblegum, pineapple, strawberry, gingerbread, tropical fruit.
