Warranty
If your watch has somehow stopped working within one year from the date of purchase, please send an email to info@kenthallco.com, and cite your order number and shipping address used in that order.
When returning the item, please ensure that your name, order number, and return address are included on or inside the package. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), we will either repair the item or send you a free replacement or a store credit of equivalent value.
Shipping Returns
Please return the item in its original box and in appropriate packaging. Use a tracked and "signed for" delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exceptions
Our warranty does not cover the following scenarios:
- The problem is caused by damage, accidental or otherwise, through rough or careless treatment while in the possession of a consumer, and is not a result of an original defect in material or workmanship.
- The damage is caused by an accident, misuse, or failure to follow proper handling provisions.
- Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap, or other components caused by wear and tear or accidents.
- The damage is caused by moisture due to improper handling, such as showering or swimming with the watch.
- Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by third parties.
- There was no defect in the watch movement, but rather a simple battery replacement was needed (for quartz watches).
- The proof of purchase is not presented/verified, or the warranty period has expired.
- The watch was not purchased from our official website or from official retail partners.
Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase when you receive your item. However, in the rare event that you have a change of heart and would like to return the item, please contact us through the contact page on our website or email us at info@kenthallco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition (brand new, unworn, in its original packaging). The costs of shipping the item back to us will be borne by the customer. Please ensure that you state your name, order number, and return address on or inside the return package, so that we know the returned package is from you. It is also recommended to use a tracked postal service to return the item, so that you will know when the item is successfully returned. We will email you once we have received the item in good order and process a full refund of the purchase price thereafter. Please note that we will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the item in good order. For international orders outside of Singapore, please note that any customs, duties, or taxes charged by the customs authorities in your jurisdiction are not refundable, as we do not receive any part of such payment.
