Crafted from whiskies distilled in three pot stills and matured in a variety of casks, including ex-shochu, sherry, bourbon and red wine casks. Each distinctive character is vatted together, layering the elegance and fineness of Japanese whisky with a richer, mellower flavour.
This generously using whiskies aged in bourbon barrels and finished in apple brandy casks and aged in ex-shochu re-charred casks and finished in white wine casks as key malts.
Nose - Orange blossom, apple peal, white grape, beach vitex(flower).
Palate - Vanilla, yuzu paste, honey, apple brandy.
Finish - Grapefruit, apple peel and a gentle lingering spring sea breeze.
