Oyster Shell Gin is infused with seaweed, tarragon, native finger lime, ruby grapefruit and crushed Sydney Rock Oyster shells.
Botanicals include: - Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root old man saltbush, tarragon, native finger lime, ruby grapefruit, seaweed.
Nose - Bright citrus with delicate ocean spray.
Palate - Juniper and citrus, with delicate saline and subtle minerality.
Finish - Long, dry and lightly salty. Lingering herbal and mineral notes.
