Callington Mill 7th Anniversary Release is a limited-edition single malt to celebrate this special milestone.
Matured in premium ex-American and European oak, enriched by first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Cream Sherry casks. Finishing for 2 years in Palo Cortado casks.
Nose - Dried apricots and prunes drift out first, wrapped in old oak and fruit-cake spice, with a touch of freshly cracked almond.
Palate - An oily, weighty arrival marked by green oak and a firm nutty astringency. Walnuts and green almond mingle with unripe stone fruits, evoking the scent of antique wooden cabinets.
Finish - Oily and gently drying, medium in length, leaving behind nutty oak and the quiet presence of old furniture.
