Warranty and Authenticity
At Luca Collections, we partner exclusively with Not Quite Time, an authorised Australian retailer for all the brands they supply. This means that every timepiece purchased through us is 100% authentic and covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty — never sourced from the grey market.
While warranty terms vary by manufacturer, Luca Collections and Not Quite Time are both here to support you if you ever experience an issue with your watch.
If you notice any defects or problems, simply reach out to us. We’ll liaise directly with Not Quite Time to determine the best course of action. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Should the watch require factory servicing, Not Quite Time will manage the entire process on your behalf to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience.
Kreo International SA, certifies that the warranty on your EXAEQUO watch is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects and damage caused by misuse, or loss or theft. Misuse also refers to modifications or replacements performed using parts or accessories which are not EXAEQUO originals and/or by unauthorized personnel. Any work performed by unauthorized third parties voids the warranty.
The warranty is valid only if:
- The watch was sold by an authorized EXAEQUO retailer.
- The warranty form has been carefully and fully completed.
- Original purchase receipt is enclosed.
Returns
We understand that sometimes, minds change. That’s why Not Quite Time, our trusted supplier, offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unworn, unused, stickered, and unregistered,
- It must be returned in its original packaging and box.
Please note that returns are not available on discounted items, special editions, or limited pieces that have been sourced specifically for you.
