Nose - The zest of sun-ripened fruits drizzled with the sea.

Palate - Salted honeycomb with zingy spiced cocoa and the tang of iodine-soaked blood orange.

Finish - The never-ending salt finish of ocean-spiced blackberry, sea-salt and lingering kumquat, going on and on like the depth of the ocean.
