Ambre Cognac is the result of with older, lesser known varieties of grapes, including hte extraordinary Colombard grape. Colombard brings floral notes of lilac and iris, along with fruity notes of apple, pear, apricot and prune to Ambre. The result is a bright and fresh cognac.
