About this mezcal

- 7-9 years of agave maturation
- Handmade in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca
- Double distillation in copper still with rectifier plate


Nose - Marked minerality with dry tobacco leaves. Aromas of melon and ripe peaches, with hints of cocoa and cinnamon.


Palate - Sweet at the beginning with short persistence and sumptuous texture with flavors of bitter chocolate, dried chili flakes, fresh mushrooms and cloves at the end.
