Crafted from whiskies distilled in three pot stills and matured in a variety of casks, including ex-shochu, sherry, bourbon and red wine casks.
Each distinctive character is vatted together, layering the elegance and fineness of Japanese whisky with a richer, mellower flavour.
This limited edition is a unique sherry casks expression generously using whiskies aged in two types of sherry casks—Oloroso and Cream.
Nose - Dark cherry, vanilla, Nikki (Japanese cinnamon), raspberry.
Palate - Soft raisins, dark chocolate, cloves, fruits pound cake.
Finish - Tropical mangosteen, a subtle, oaky dryness lingering on the long finish.
