Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica coming from two distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot still rums so representative of the Jamaican style. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 5 years.
Nose - Mix of fresh banana, elderflowers, chamomile, dried apricot and mirabelle plum.
Palate - Fruit eaux de vies, with apricot and raisin notes.
Finish - Very fresh and elegant, well-balanced dryness, with toasted bread flavours and honey.
