Benromach Contrasts Virgin Oak is a limited Speyside single malt matured in virgin American oak casks and bottled at 46% ABV. The fresh oak maturation brings a profile of dried banana, creamy butterscotch and Seville orange alongside toasted malt, spice and the distillery’s gently smoky character.
Nose - Fragrant dried banana with freshly squeezed lemon and soft vanilla fudge.
Palate - Seville orange zest with rich butterscotch and smooth smoke.
Finish - Long-lasting citrus with lingering notes of mature oak.
