This Yamazakura Blended Whisky is a collaboration between Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery and Shin Group, using four malt and grain whiskies which are aged in Bourbon Casks.
Nose - Pears, vanilla, floral aroma, and lightly smokiness with sweet malty tone.
Palate - Round and fruity, with vanilla, chocolate, and a hint of spicy notes.
Finish - Cotton candy, with slightly woody aftertaste.
